Downtown Urbanite and Real Estate Maven. I moved Downtown in 1994, it was more as necessity and convenience since DTLA had easy access to the Freeways. I had just gotten my real estate license in 1992 and I was working all over the city. I work with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac selling bank owned properties all over.
Over the years, I started seeing the transformation the city was going thru. First with Staples Center coming to place and then with the passage of the Adaptive reuse ordinance in 1999. Over the years, I’ve seen the streets and the buildings taking new shapes. The Walt Disney Concert Hall coming to fruition and the beautiful Art Beaux Buildings transforming from empty dilapidating boxes to vibrant residential – mix use historical monuments and the life that the new residents brought to the area. So, I decided to make it my new hub, and in the process I have become a true city dweller and I can’t see myself living anywhere else.
So if you are looking to move here… I’m your best advocate and I will take care of your housing needs.
